I picked this Dell Optiplex 360 up for $15 from a local thrift store near me, took it home and repurposed it as a retro emulation pc, installed Batocera “Stand Alone RecallBox /RetroPie” and was super surprised to find out it runs Gamecube Dreamcast PSP N64 Naomi and many more emulator at full speed! CHeaper than a Pi but it draws more power and takes up much more space but I think it worth it.
